The total cost of your order is the price of the goods including postage and packaging costs. Postage and packaging is calculated at checkout. Vouchers can be entered during checkout, and can only be used once unless advised otherwise.
Payment can be made using most major credit or debit cards.
Providing that you can confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Most countries that qualify for Free delivery over £2.99/approx.$3.80 on our website. You do not need to contact us before purchasing, shipping options will automatically be calculated during checkout.

Delivery services outside of these countries may need to be dispatched by courier only to guarantee delivery. Please email [email protected] with your order and delivery address details and we can advise you further.
Please check your goods very carefully before accepting them. Do not accept damaged packages, because they cannot be claimed against once accepted. If The packaging is damaged on the outside, check the contents before signing.
If items are returned to us after attempted delivery, we will charge an admin fee (depending on the delivery country) to re-post. Returns
We cannot accept returns on jewellery, swimwear or cosmetics items for hygiene reasons.
We cannot accept refunds on "tested" cosmetics or unsuitable colour matches. If you are unsure on colours please purchase in a "bricks & mortar" store where testers are available.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us via the contact us page within 7 working days from receiving your order.
We can accept returns on non jewellery/swimwear/cosmetic items that are unused/unworn, in original condition with any tags/packaging still intact.
We will charge for items not returned in original condition.
Goods must be returned to us within 7 working days from acknowledgement. Refunds will be processed with 10 working days from us receiving the return, minus actual postage costs. If you paid by debit/credit card it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
When returning items please use a reliable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that made to order items and special orders cannot be returned. We offer a repair or exchange on faulty items, please contact us if your item is faulty. We cannot repair or exchange goods that appear damaged from wear & tear.
